🎆✨ JUMP INTO JULY — and into stronger bones, a healthier heart, and a sharper mind. Starting today, I’m kicking off a 30-day jump rope challenge—and I want you to join me! You don’t need fancy equipment. Just a jump rope, a few minutes a day, and a willingness to jump in—literally. Here’s the kicker: this isn’t just for fun; it’s backed by serious science. 🤓

As we move through our 30s, 40s, and into perimenopause, estrogen dips and our bone density can take a hit. But jumping rope sends signals to your body to keep those bones strong.
