Build with Becky App Preview
Just over here dreaming about my next workout with the BWB app to guide me! 🥰
One thing that has been SO cool about this project is that although I completely expected it to help my clients, I’ve been selfishly delighted and surprised to find I am also benefitting massively from use of my own app! 🤣
While I’ve always enjoyed the grittiness of tracking with pencil and paper 📝, it’s undeniably inconvenient to have to go find old training logs to verify if a new max effort attempt was in fact a PR (personal record) or not!
Now with the BWB app I can take notes as I lift, knowing those notes persist not just workout to workout but program to program.
Additionally I no longer have to waste time flipping back and forth from my program overview to my workout tracker to keep track of where I am…
I simply set up the workout and let the app guide me through my warmup, working sets, intraset mobility, and a mindful moment to reflect on my progress at the end! I find myself more focused, more connected to my body, and more efficient with my lifts, which is not necessarily a gain I was hoping for 6 years into progressively weightlifting but…I’m not mad about it! 😆

It’s approachable, affordable, and incredibly easy and intuitive to get started and stay consistent with your lifts, learning how to do it for yourself, for life! 💪
