Lift like you mean it!

Just a few of my scary lift faces from Halloween week! 🎃👻

If you’ve got a little extra glucose floating around from all the candy… good news — i’s fuel 💪

Don’t ghost on your goals now — put that sugar to good use (no you don’t need to earn it or work it off) and keep showing up.

Here’s your little reminder to make sure you’re not just going through the motions but truly PUSHING yourself in your lifts. Could you:

  • bump the weight? 🤔
  • add another rep or two? 📈
  • breathe and brace with more intention and let your breath help you through another set? 😮‍💨

You are SO much stronger than you think you are. And, the only way to progress is to truly PUSH yourself.

Do it smartly, do it sustainably, but KEEP GOING and don’t be afraid to test your limits, even while giving yourself grace if and when you fail — after all, how else will you know your true strength? 🤔
