Over time, practicing a fundamental movement pattern like the squat lets us refine technique, improve body awareness, and prepare for real-life situations where we need to lift, balance, and stabilize.

Whether it’s squatting with a barbell or dumbbell in the gym, with your bodyweight at home or at a gas station pit stop or hotel on the road, or simply as a warmup, mobility or finisher, each rep reinforces the connection between mind and body. 🏋️‍♀️

There are so many variations to try as well! From bilateral to unilateral, machines to free weights there’s always an option.
