Every week in the plank challenge includes a fun plank flow!
The first one was as follows:
- forearm plank with knee tap (L/R) ➡️
- plank up-down w/shoulder tap
Alternating these variations is not only physically but honestly quite mentally challenging 🤣 😅- and FUN! 🤩
Also - how great is it that planks are a bodyweight movement you can practice anywhere?! I got today’s planks in while waiting to board our flight to Japan ✈️ at MCO airport! 🤣 ✅
