Still finding them challenging? No worries—try these progressions to build strength:

1️⃣ Start in a high plank, lower with control, and push back up. 2️⃣ If it’s tough at the bottom, drop to your knees just for the push-up, then return to high plank for the lowering phase. 3️⃣ Feeling the burn? Stay on your knees and/or elevate your hands on a sturdy surface for support.

For best results, try elevating the hands first before dropping to the knees to keep that full plank form.
