Planks+Thanks Day 12-13
Playing a little catch-up after a rest day yesterday, and I’ve got a win to celebrate! 🎉 After nearly 2 weeks of daily planks, my right shoulder feels so much more stable—and I’m finally benching near my normal weights again. 🥳 Physical therapy and acupuncture helped, but these planks have been a game-changer!
