Fitting it all in (& still having fun!)

Halfway through the challenge and reminding myself (and you!) to hold it lightly. As a type-A person, I know how easy it is to accidentally take fun things way too seriously—anyone else? Intrusive thoughts making a cameo in today’s video 🤣 But seriously, let’s keep showing up for ourselves and practicing staying playful and curious.
