Post-prandial plank play

Day 16/30 of the plank challenge! 💪

After dinner, I usually love taking a walk to help with digestion and unwind. But for the past couple of days, we’ve been staying in a remote cabin in Japan—and let’s just say, the thought of running into wildlife after dark had me rethinking that plan! 🤣

Instead, I turned to my post-dinner plank play. Last night’s lineup: 3 sets of 12 wide-arm push-ups! I elevated slightly to protect my recovering shoulder, and wow—my chest and shoulders were feeling it, and my heart rate definitely climbed!

These modifications felt amazing, and I’m so glad I didn’t skip it. How’s did your Day 16 go?
