Self care is not selfish

As Thanksgiving break approaches for many of us, it’s a time to reflect on gratitude and connection 🍂💛

…but let’s be honest, it can also bring a bit of stress! 😅

Here’s your gentle reminder: self-care is never selfish. Prioritizing and communicating your needs actually helps you show up better for yourself and the people around you! 💪✨

Maybe that means stepping away for a moment to do your daily plank, (days 17-20 shown ✔️), taking a peaceful walk to reset after a big meal (and all that lively conversation!), or skipping that extra drink to enjoy an early night’s rest. Whatever it looks like, remember: you get to choose how this week feels.

This week, I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to travel, create a life I once thought impossible, and share it with my favorite person. 🥰 And yes, I’m carving out time just for me—with a great book, some quiet wandering, and space to simply be.
