After hours in the car this week, this workout felt AMAZING—focusing on hip extension, stability, and a bit of core work to shake off the stiffness. If you’re logging extra time seated or simply need a quick energy boost, this circuit will get your blood flowing and keep those hips happy and mobile! 🥰

Here’s what you’ll need: • A glute loop • A couple of longer bands • A mat (optional!)
