2-Month Sober Curious Update: From FOMO to (mostly) JOMO!

8 weeks of sober curiosity ✅ 🍹✨

Traveling in Japan has been an eye-opener for how fun and flavorful non-alcoholic options can be:

  • ☕ Regionalized coffee drinks, like seasonal Starbucks creations
  • 💪 Protein-packed drinks to meet my macro goals
  • 🎉 Non-alcoholic cocktails and mocktails to celebrate every moment

Somewhere in the past few weeks, I stopped feeling like I was missing out—and started loving how great I feel, inside and out.

I (mostly) truly feel joy in missing out now, knowing I’ll sleep better, and have better recovery for my workouts. Bonus? Staying mindful with eating, even on vacation, has never been easier. 🙌
