Wrapping up my 30-day plank challenge! 🙌

The towel variations in Week 4 definitely brought the 🔥, but after nursing a cold and needing a couple of rest days while traveling, I wasn’t about to throw in the towel (pun intended). Instead, I turned these challenging towel variations into a playful towel plank circuit, going through each variation just once—and wow, was I surprised! 💪 Seeing my strength gains compared to this time last year was such a reminder that simply showing up, even imperfectly, is where real progress happens. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but it does have to happen! 🥰

As we head into the holidays, take a moment to reflect on your past month of movement—planks or otherwise.
