Last weekend, I matched last year’s pace and claimed a personal best in my longest (Disney) race yet! 🥳
After 4 months of dedicated training, I set a modest goal the night before—but halfway through, a quick check revealed a 2-hour finish (fast for me, with my ~10-12 min run/walk interval pace to preserve joint health) was potentially within reach. I pushed a bit harder, and while not every moment was magical, each mile turned into a mindful moment filled with determination.
Every step was a reminder: a plan plus consistency transforms dreams into reality.💫
