Work Smarter, not Harder: Travel Ruck + Jet Lag Prep

Traveling this week. Got to my gate early. Too soon for coffee. So I threw on my backpack and just… walked. 🎒

Today I fit my fitness in where I could: 30 minutes of airport rucking: low impact steady-state (aka LISS) cardio, core strength, posture training, and a bonus of regulated digestion and caffeine delay to get ahead of jet lag—handled. ✅

Not fancy. Not perfect. But productive, smart, and exactly what I needed before sitting in a plane for several hours! ✈️

Sometimes the best workout is the one you sneak in while everyone else is scrolling.
