Stanford Healthy Aging 2025: Mind and Body Conference
Just wrapped up a super energizing day at Stanford for the Healthy Aging 2025: Mind and Body conference, hosted by @stanfordlifestylemedicine and the Longevity Project.
The focus? What I like to call the “big rocks” of long-term well-being:
- 🧠 Brain Health
- 🧘♀️ Mindfulness
- 🤝 Social Connection
- 💪 Muscle Maintenance
- 💕Mental Health
- 😴 Sleep
Each session—like keynotes from @chipconley and @deepakchopra and sessions with folks like Elissa Epel and Dr. Lucia Aronica on epigenetics and stress and the intersection of sauna/heat therapy to treat persistent depression with @ashleymasonphd, plus panels with experts on strength training, nutrition, and sleep—brought together evidence-based research, real-world insight, and practical takeaways from brilliant people across multiple disciplines!
I’ll be sharing some of my biggest lessons that stuck with me soon… but I’m curious: Which of these “big rocks” are you thinking about most lately, so I know what to prioritize sharing first?!
