Airplane Band Movements to land feeling your best!

Yup, I’m that person on the plane ✈️ 🤣 — hydrated enough to encourage hourly strolls to the restroom, and I never leave home without packing a couple of bands to get some movement in, anytime, anywhere!

Not a full workout—just enough to keep things flowing (blood, lymph, vibes).

A few banded squats while waiting for the toilet, some rotation work in the galley, lateral band walks in the aisle, overhead mobility in your seat—whatever feels good.

Because a little goes a long way when you’re 35,000 feet up, if you want to land feeling your best! ☺️✌️
