Mid-afternoon slump?
Beat the 2–4 pm slump (iykyk) with this sweet-but-smart combo 🍫🥜
• Elavi protein brownie → 11g protein + 12g fiber each. I usually eat half at a time because they’re that filling. Love that the ingredient list sneaks in flaxseed & dates—yes, it’s still a processed snack, but a pretty solid one. Costco find! 🙌
• PBfit powder → just mix with water for creamy PB with a fraction of the fat. Great in baking, smoothies, or straight on top of the brownie.
• Sea salt → flavor + a little electrolyte bump (why that matters from my favorite electrolyte brand, @DrinkLMNT )
Macros (½ brownie + PB Fit): ~110 cals, 7g protein, 6g fiber.
