Have you ever watched a baby just learning to walk? 🥹

No one expects them to stand up and sprint. 🙅‍♀️

They crawl, topple, wobble. And that is exactly how it's supposed to go. Sometimes they get 3 steps in a row...only to plop down on their cute lil bums and have a cry. That's okay too, and it's heartwarming to watch them continue to pull themselves back to their feet and try again.

Starting something new in fitness is no different.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need perfect form, the perfect plan, or expert confidence.

What you need is full permission to let yourself be a beginner. To wobble like a baby giraffe while you find your feet and learn to stand tall (IYKYK 🦒).

Every handstand, every PR, every confident lifter in the gym started with awkward first steps.

And while it's almost certainly true that you are capable of MORE than you think - it can SIMULTANEOUSLY BE TRUE that you are allowed to be a beginner, start where you are, and grow as you go!
