If you’ve felt a little off lately, here’s your gentle reminder: you still have two solid weeks to build momentum before Halloween. 🍂📈🏃♀️
That’s 14 days to fit in fitness! In that time, you could
- ✅ establish a supportive environment, or revisit a tried + true routine;
- 🔜 shift out of that “stuck” feeling that comes from a fixed mindset;
- cultivate community or reach out to friends or family to nuture relationships;
- 📊 practice a program or prioritize progress in a specific skill!
It’s actually spooky how much progress you could make —mind AND body —in that time, should you simply decide to start.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed
- 🤏Start small.
- 😮💨Take a few deep breaths.
- (try this: breathe in for 3 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 7, repeat 3x to shift your nervous system out of a sympathetic state of fight or flight into parasympathetic rest + digest recovery mode).
- ✔️Do something over nothing.
- 🏋️♀️A few squats. A short walk. One good lift.
It all adds up—and future you will thank you. ✅
